The Adobe Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for Adobe's products and services. They work closely with developers and other QA engineers to ensure that the test automation strategy is aligned with the overall development process and that the test scripts are comprehensive and effective. The SDET Engineer also plays a key role in troubleshooting and debugging automated tests.

The DBS Big Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining big data solutions for the company. They work with large and complex datasets to extract valuable insights that can help the company make better decisions. Job Description:

1. Project Management:

• Lead and manage all interior fit-out projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with the project management team.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise during the execution phase.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Client Relations:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Resolve any client disputes or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

3. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
• Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities in the interior fit-out industry.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to set business objectives, strategies, and priorities.
• Evaluate the company's performance against strategic goals and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.

4. Financial Management:

• Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.

• Work closely with the finance department to manage cash flow, invoicing, and collections.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
