Senior UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute UI/UX design projects from concept to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user flows, and create prototypes
• Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Associate in Engineering Technology - AET, Associate of Engineering - AE, or Associate of Industrial Technology - AIT
• 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and interaction design
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with mobile and web design
• Knowledge of front-end development principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
