Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join our growing team!

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom applications, integrations, and automations on the Salesforce platform. You will partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to translate business needs into technical solutions, optimizing the Salesforce platform to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Extend Salesforce functionality through custom objects, fields, workflows, processes, and validation rules.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs using industry best practices.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the quality, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, continuously learning and expanding your skillset.

• Document technical solutions effectively, creating clear and concise user guides and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

• Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Aura, and SOQL.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party tools (a plus).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security best practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Salesforce Admin / Developer / Sales Cloud Certifications
